2) The payment processing page

You have to design the payment processing page with delicately. It should be deal with the process of payments for your product or service systematically. When a customer clicks the payment button they will be automatically taken to the third party payment processor's page and you would be given a code to use on your sales page.

3) The thank you / download / order fulfillment page

The customer will be forwarded to your order fulfillment page as soon as their purchase has been verified. It will make them a traumatic experience if your customer has never purchased anything online before. These are some concerning factors to be put in the mind of your customers for a stable and to complete the transaction.

You should put your customers at ease which is so much vital. You can inform your customer about their mode of payment has been verified before giving them. Even you have to tell them about their credit/debit card statement.

You need to describe your customer in detail regarding their fulfillment orders. You have to explain when their purchase is going to be shipped, how it is going to be shipped, and when they can expect their delivery for offline fulfillment.

You have to ask them to download their products for online fulfillment. You can also explain them how to uncompress their products if you have used a compression tool. Not only that you need to explain what your customer needs to do in order to view you product if you have used a special medium for viewing your product.
